Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated **Communication Support Specialist** to join our team. As a Communication Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, answering inquiries, discussing settlement options, and providing crucial administrative support to our Legal Assistants.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Call Management**: Answer and return calls from Defendants contacting the firm after receiving legal paperwork.
- **Settlement Discussions**: Communicate settlement offers from Defendants to our clients and relay the clients' decisions or counteroffers.
- **Client & Defendant Communication**: Ensure effective communication with Defendants regarding settlement agreements and collaborate with Legal Assistants to get the necessary paperwork signed.
- **Confidentiality**: Uphold strict confidentiality in all client and Defendant matters.
- **Team Collaboration**: Provide support to Legal Assistants and contribute to a collaborative team environment....
