- Handle phone support for Csr or IT-related concerns (hardware, software, and connectivity issues)
- Deliver clear instructions and effective troubleshooting steps to customers
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of technical issues
- Accurately document cases and follow escalation procedures when neede
- Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and professionalism
