Duties: As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers seeking assistance with shipping, credits, returns, and entry‑level product support. You will deliver timely, accurate resolutions via phone, e‑mail, and fax, building trust and loyalty with every interaction.
