We’re looking for a Customer Support Engineer L2 to join a high-impact technical support team supporting mission‑critical authentication and secure access platforms in a 24/7 environment.

  • Active Directory
  • LDAP / DNS / Group Policy
  • MFA & Certificate‑Based Authentication
  • Windows Server Infrastructure
  • Citrix / RDS Environments
  • Secure Access Gateways
  • Identity Federation (SAML / OIDC)
  • Enterprise Authentication Systems
