Requirements
- Experience in social media marketing and customer service
- Strong multitasking and project management skills
- Canva or similar graphic design tools (a plus)
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
- Alignment with company values and operating principles
- Bachelor's degree (preferably Communications or Business)
- Reliable laptop/PC and stable high-speed internet
- Based in the Philippines
Terms & Conditions
- Work Setup: Remote; reports to Community Support Team Lead and/or VP Operations / CEO
- Compensation: Up to ₱28,000 starting; ₱30,000 by the 3rd month
- Schedule: Rotating shifts (9AM–6PM / 11AM–8PM / 12PM–9PM), weekday off
- Contract: 1-year renewable overseas contract (independent contractor)
