Requirements

  • Experience in social media marketing and customer service
  • Strong multitasking and project management skills
  • Canva or similar graphic design tools (a plus)
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
  • Alignment with company values and operating principles
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably Communications or Business)
  • Reliable laptop/PC and stable high-speed internet
  • Based in the Philippines

Terms & Conditions

  • Work Setup: Remote; reports to Community Support Team Lead and/or VP Operations / CEO
  • Compensation: Up to ₱28,000 starting; ₱30,000 by the 3rd month
  • Schedule: Rotating shifts (9AM–6PM / 11AM–8PM / 12PM–9PM), weekday off
  • Contract: 1-year renewable overseas contract (independent contractor)
