Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and highly organized Customer Support & Virtual Assistant Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience in e-commerce, customer service, and admin support, with the ability to manage multiple tasks across platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, TikTok, and various 3PL systems.
This role supports general customer service operations, fulfillment coordination, TV segment preparation, and product listing tasks.
