Taking all incoming calls, assisting with support queries and providing technical advice where
appropriate.
Provide support around the estimated time customer funds will be transferred.
Independently delivering quick responses to customer queries, escalating queries where no obvious
solution is available.
Follow up with customer queries when a solution can be provided.
Performing against sales KPI's on a daily basis.
Processing all customer related admin on the same day received.
Keep all customer support records up-to-date.
Provide customers with information about the different money transfer services where appropriate.
