Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and communicative Customer Support & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day customer interactions and operational tasks for an online jewelry brand. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, responsive, and comfortable handling customers across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end customer support through WhatsApp and Instagram DMs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Handle order confirmations, customer follow-ups, and payment/order reminders to improve conversions.
  • Process and update shipment details through courier portals.
