To provide a high standard of customer support to all customers and delivering high quality
administrative support across a range of business areas.

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Taking all incoming calls, assisting with support queries and providing technical advice where appropriate.
  • Provide support around the estimated time customer funds will be transferred.
  • Independently delivering quick responses to customer queries, escalating queries where no obvious solution is available.
  • Follow up with customer queries when a solution can be provided.
  • Performing against sales KPI's on a daily basis.
  • Processing all customer related admin on the same day received.
  • Keep all customer support records up-to-date.
  • Provide customers with information about the different money transfer services where appropriate.
