    • Coates Digital Operations Centre is based at our head office in Mascot and is comprised of Digital Customer Support Officers.


    This position is focused on inbound customer enquiries via online channels, such as email and our website. Your day will include:

  • Providing customers with product and service information

  • Compiling quotes, upselling and cross-selling to convert opportunities into sales

  • Liaising with our branch network to source equipment for customers


    • Prior to servicing customers, you’ll receive comprehensive training to equip you to deliver a seamless experience for our customers.
