Job Title: Trainee - Customer Support (Night Shift)


Key Responsibilities:

        •Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

        •Providing information, guidance, and assistance to customers in a courteous manner. 

        • Logging and managing customer interactions accurately in our systems. 

        •Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed customer service expectations.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

        •Any Graduate.

        • Strong communication skills in English. 

        •Customer-focused with a desire to assist and resolve issues.

        •Ability to work on a night shift schedule. 

        •Prior customer support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
