About the Role
ToonPay is seeking two (2) experienced
Support Managers
based in the Philippines to join our fintech/crypto team immediately. You will oversee customer inquiries related to crypto payments, debit cards, and transaction troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high-level customer support via chat and email.
  • Manage daily support operations to ensure fast resolution times.
  • Assist users with KYC, card activations, and blockchain transaction queries.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Customer Support (Fintech or Crypto preferred).
  • Strong understanding of blockchain networks (ERC-20, TRC-20, etc.).
  • Excellent professional English (written).
  • Reliable high-speed internet and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
