Salary: PKR 50,000 – 80,000 (Based on experience & skill level)

About the Role

We are hiring a Customer Support & CRM Executive to manage international B2B customer inquiries, maintain CRM records, support quotation processes, and coordinate between our Pakistan digital operations team and UAE commercial office.

This role involves structured training during the first month before full operational responsibility is assigned.

Important: This is NOT a call center position. Strong written English and professional communication skills are mandatory.

You will report to:

  • Operations Lead / SEO Lead (Pakistan Office)
  • Commercial Coordinator (UAE – Pricing & Approvals)
