Job Description
Position: Customer Support - Japanese Speaking
Working Hours: Rotational shifts
Salary: Up to RM9,500
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Support customers with service-related questions and issue resolution
- Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience
- Record and document cases in the system when required
Required Qualifications & Experience
Japanese Proficiency: Any nationality with JLPT N2 and above, or Native Japanese speakers
English Proficiency: Minimum B1 level
Experience:
Customer Support experience is preferred but not mandatory
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
