Customer Support

We're looking for a remote operations executive to handle backend business operations for Circle, ranging from customer support, order management and product listings on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer & Seller Support:

• Manage inbound queries on all platforms (whatsapp/meta/calls)
• Manage communication on campaigns and keep track of conversations with customers.
• Identify issues with orders and resolve them.

Order Management:

• Manage end to end order process: ensure timely dispatch, customer intimation, delivery coordination
• Manage returns, refunds and exchanges
• Collect feedback and feed into company insights pipeline

Product Listings:

• Receive data from ops team in UAE and convert it into listings for the website which involves

• basic picture editing (tools provided) through Canva,
