ABS International is expanding its in-house Customer Support & Sales team and is looking for dedicated, reliable professionals who want a stable, full-time career with long-term growth in a structured corporate environment.

Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi (On-site)
Shift: Fixed Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Employment Type: Full-Time | Contract (12 months)
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails with US-based customers
Provide professional customer support while identifying basic sales opportunities
Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally
Resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently
Maintain complete and accurate CRM records
Participate in coaching sessions and apply feedback
