Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, resolving issues related to loan applications, disbursements, repayments, or account status.
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, repayment reminders, and customer feedback collection.
Guide users through the mobile application and educate them on how to use the platform effectively.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
