Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Customer Support role based in Islamabad. The Customer Support Representative will handle client inquiries, resolve billing and account-related concerns, assist with issues related to claims processing, and provide timely support to ensure client satisfaction. The role involves communication with healthcare providers and internal teams, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The representative will also contribute to improving customer service processes and responses, fostering strong client relationships.
Qualifications
Customer Service and Client Support skills, including the ability to resolve inquiries efficiently and maintain client satisfaction
Data Entry and Record-Keeping skills to ensure accurate documentation of interactions and billing processes
Knowledge of Medical Billing, Claims Processing, and Denial Management procedures is highly desirable
