Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support to customers via call and WhatsApp.
Handle software-related queries and guide customers through issue resolution.
Ensure data integrity and timely updates for restaurant menus, pricing, staff, etc.
Follow up with clients post-resolution to ensure satisfaction and issue closure.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience in customer support or data entry roles preferred.
Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, data entry platforms).
Good communication skills in English ...
