Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Work on timely interacting with the clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Educate clients on a regular basis to develop ease and comfort with the platform.
  • Provide the application support to the clients as per their requirements.
  • Develop strong and trustworthy relationships with clients with regular communication.
  • Strategize lead generation and lead conversion.
  • Work on customer onboarding, training, and renewals reminder.
