Job Description

Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Support for Streaming Platform will be:

  • Assisting customers via phone, email & chat

  • Providing product information to the customer (e.g. subscription, payment and technical requirements)

  • Collecting and maintaining customer data

    • Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • You have a near-native level of Dutch and a high level of English

  • You have good customer support skills

  • You have an interest in the sports field

  • You are punctual and reliable
