Job DescriptionJob description:Role & responsibilities:- Handle inbound & outbound international calls (US/UK customers)- Provide customer support with empathy, patience, and professionalism- Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and high CSAT scores- Manage escalations and resolve queries efficiently- Maintain accurate call logs and customer recordsRequirements:- Excellent English communication (verbal & written)- Strong customer handling skills & active listening- Willingness to work in night shifts / rotational shifts- Basic computer knowledge & typing skills- Freshers & experienced candidates welcome
