About the Role: We are looking for a smart Customer Support & Operations Executive for our Sofa/Furniture business. You will handle customer complaints regarding product damage, delivery, repairing, while updating and managing our internal software platform. Key Responsibilities: Talk to customers professionally over call/chat to resolve product complaints. Manage and update our order tracking and complaints daily. Coordinate with delivery partners and update shipment statuses in the system. Check customer photos of damaged furniture and process repair or replacement orders. Should be multitasking.
