Customer Support Executive – Sales

Job Description:
We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for processing and taking orders, reporting issues to the Sales Manager, and maintaining excellent communication with our customers. They will also work closely with the Sales Manager and the Accounts Receivable team to ensure that orders are within approved credit limits and that outstanding payments are effectively managed. This role demands strong organisational skills, effective communication, and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing: Enter customer orders into the system accurately and efficiently.
Order Taking: Receive and confirm orders from customers via phone or face-to-face interactions.
