Customer Support Executive

Job Title: Telesales Executive – Operations

Location: Kharadi, Pune (Work From Office)

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Working)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads and follow up on inquiries.
• Clearly explain company services and convert leads into appointments or sales.
• Update and maintain accurate lead and client information in the CRM system.
• Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

Who Can Apply:

• Minimum 6 months of experience or fresher in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Hindi and Marathi is an added advantage...
