Hiring – Customer Support Executive

Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor
Salary: RM1,900 – RM2,600

Job Scope / Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat professionally and promptly.
• Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in Malay and English.
• Customer-focused, patient, and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in customer service or call center is an advantage.
• Able to work in shifts if required.
