Position: Customer Support Executive – Digital Platform

Hiring Intake: Ongoing

Salary Package:

  • RM 2,000 – RM 2,500 (English & Bahasa Malaysia)

Work Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru

Working Hours & Schedule:

  • Rotation shifts (day & evening)
  • 6 days working per week

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Able to communicate clearly with customers

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via inbound calls and support channels
  • Assist platform users with service-related issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Provide support for daily operational activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
