Position: Customer Support Executive – Digital Platform
Hiring Intake: Ongoing
Salary Package:
- RM 2,000 – RM 2,500 (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
Work Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru
Working Hours & Schedule:
- Rotation shifts (day & evening)
- 6 days working per week
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Able to communicate clearly with customers
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via inbound calls and support channels
- Assist platform users with service-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Provide support for daily operational activities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
