Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide customer support in Telugu and Malayalam. Troubleshoot GPS devices and software issues. Assist customers with installations, updates, and technical guidance. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support team. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Requirements:Fluency in Telugu and Malayalam (Mandatory). Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Basic technical knowledge of GPS devices is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
