JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -

  • Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions and attention
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and contributing to the development of customer service policies and procedures
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction & providing professional customer support


Requirements:

  • Graduate or Under-graduate
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Rotational shifts, rotational off
  • Knowledge on MS word, excel
