Customer Support Executive

Role OverviewThis role sits within the Customer Operations/Commercial function and is focused on direct engagement with the player base. The position involves managing day-to-day user communications, resolving incidents, supporting account-related activities, and promoting campaigns designed to drive engagement and retention.

This is a hands-on, high-volume operational role, ideally suited to candidates with experience in call centers, customer support environments, or gaming customer operations.
