You will be joining our UK Support Hub within Bauer Media’s Audio division — a newly created team launched to support millions of listeners across our radio brands and digital platforms. We are a small, collaborative team working closely together and with colleagues across content, competitions and digital teams. Together, we manage a high volume of listener interactions, ensuring every experience is handled with care, empathy, and professionalism.
