Tekboox, a US-based IT company, is urgently looking to hire a Customer Support Executive(US Health Market)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support for healthcare clients.
  • Handle patient scheduling for US-based doctors, including appointments, follow-ups, and reminders.
  • Manage prior authorization requests by coordinating with insurance providers and verifying required documentation.
  • Respond promptly to patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat while maintaining high service standards.
  • Possess working knowledge of insurance providers and their plans.
  • Be familiar with EMR/EHR platforms and medical billing systems.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Up to 2 years of professional experience.
