We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for our e-commerce brand. The main responsibilities include order confirmation calls, handling customer queries, and managing returns.
Job location : Shahalam market Lahore
Timing : 9am to 6pm
Responsibilities:
- Confirm customer orders via call or WhatsApp
- Handle return and exchange requests
- Update order status
- Coordinate with courier/logistics when needed
