Comfortable with Inbound & outbound calling. Immediate joiners preferred. Job Description: · We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skill and be comfortable making and receiving calls. Basic computer and CRM knowledge. Important: This is an inbound process, not a hard sales campaign. The caller has already shown interest. Maintain high call quality, compliance, and professionalism. Working Schedule: Working Days : Monday to Saturday Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday & rotational Saturday week off as well.
