Compensation & Benefits

Voice Process:

CTC: ₹30,000 per month

Take Home: ₹25,000 per month

Chat Process:

CTC: ₹23,000 per month

Take Home: ₹18,000 per month

Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): ₹1,00,000 per annum
