ABS International is a 16-year-old US-based company. We are looking for Customer Support Executives for our Karachi office (Gulistan-e-Johar).

This is a professional support role. We are looking for individuals who are patient, polite, and fluent in English.

The Role:

  • Inbound Support: Receive calls and emails from our US clients.
  • Problem Solving: Listen to customer issues and provide solutions using our system.
  • Record Keeping: Update client details in the CRM.
  • Retention: Ensure the client is happy and stays with the company.

Who This Is For:

  • Fluent English Speaker: You must be able to speak clearly and professionally with US customers.
  • Listener: You know how to listen first, then act.
