We Are Hiring: International Customer Support Specialist (Fresher / Experienced)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle international customer queries through voice, chat, and email support.
  • Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customer concerns.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company processes, policies, and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Good command over English communication (verbal and written).
  • Basic computer knowledge.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

  • Job Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan
  • Working Days: 5.5 days per week
  • Shift: Rotational / Night Shift

Salary (CTC):

  • Freshers: Up to 27,000 per month
  • Experienced Candidates: Up to 35,000 per month
