PB Wheels, a Policybazaar Group company, is looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Telecallers to drive sales of car servicing and car care packages. The role involves engaging with car owners, understanding their requirements, pitching suitable service packages, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams for successful closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective car owners.
- Pitch and sell car servicing and car care packages (Basic, Standard, Premium).
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable package; upsell where applicable.
- Address customer queries related to car services, packages, pricing, and process.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams and partner workshops to ensure timely service fulfillment.
