DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Assist in converting enquiries into sales opportunities
- Assist in lead follow-up and tracking in coordination with the sales team
- Maintain and update customer databases and records
- Prepare and share customer feedback reports
- Maintain documentation related to customer communication and support logs
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Graduate in any discipline; a background in business, marketing, or communications is preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support
