DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information about products and services
Assist in converting enquiries into sales opportunities
Assist in lead follow-up and tracking in coordination with the sales team
Maintain and update customer databases and records
Prepare and share customer feedback reports
Maintain documentation related to customer communication and support logs
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Graduate in any discipline; a background in business, marketing, or communications is preferred
1–3 years of experience in customer support
