We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for doctors, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from initial contact to successful activation. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external medical professionals to uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding new doctors to our platform.
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding lifecycle, including documentation, credentialing, training, and activation.
- Verify and validate all required documents and certifications in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
