CTC:
Freshers: 3.2 LPA
Experienced: 3.5 LPA
In-hand Salary:
o Freshers: ₹22,000/month
o Experienced: ₹25,000/month
Variable Pay / Incentives: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (performance-based)
Joining Bonus: ₹10,000 (post completion of 90 days)
Cab Facility: One-way cab provided
Shift Allowance: Night shift allowance applicable
Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 rotational weekly offs
