We are a tech company building an app based marketplace to promote authentic regional famous food and more to bring authentic discovery and ordering experience to delivery delights at customers' homes.

Role Description:

The role will involve handling customer calls/WhatsApp/email and resolving queries instantly with satisfaction. Go deep for unsolved queries and do needful to co-ordinate with respective teams to get queries sorted with quick-TAT. It will also require out-bound activities to get customer insights, feedback and written/video review to increase brand authority. Role may involve co-ordinating with vendors and internal technical/business teams to bring top-notch customer experience.
