/Preferred Qualifications-Primarily responsible for customer service activities associated with troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing of
semiconductor inspection equipment at customer sites
- Evaluates, analyzes, diagnoses and troubleshoots technical equipment problems via telephone or at customer
site
- Prepares fields service reports on customer support activity. And provides(shares) the documentation to the
supporting group on problems
- Assists other field service engineers as appropriate
- Contribute to the Capturing, Re-use, Collaboration, and Improvement of knowledge using available systems
Minimum Qualifications
-Technical college degree in engineering, electronics, physics or material science or 3+ years semiconductor
equipment service support experience
- Willing to travel : ~ 80%
