Customer Support Engineer / Specialist (Semiconductor Industry)

Location: Changi. Salary: $4,200 - $5,500. Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00am - 5:30pm

About the Role

Join a leading precision engineering and aerospace manufacturing company supporting the semiconductor business segment. This role is ideal for candidates with Customer Service, Customer Support, Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Customer Quality experience who have experience liaising directly with customers and handling quality‑related matters.

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
