Customer Support Engineer (IT)

Role Overview This role combines reliable day to day IT support with active involvement in systems improvement and ERP migration activities. The post holder will act as a key on site IT presence, supporting users with operational technology issues while also contributing to data readiness, system documentation, testing and implementation for the organisations ERP and wider systems landscape. This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced IT support analyst who is comfortable supporting users directly, but who also has the capability and interest to work on structured systems and project-based deliverables.
