Responsibilities:
- Providing Technical support on Email Authentication protocols, DMARC, SPF, DKIM, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, BIMI and acting as a subject matter expert
- Providing pre and post-sales technical support to customers.
- Performing product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers/partners.
- Answering product-related queries in a timely manner.
- Providing Support to clients
- Evaluating customers needs to suggest upgrades or additional features.
- Engaging directly with sales and account teams to support pre-sales activities.
- Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring deliverables arrive on time and in good condition.
