Role overview

We're hiring a Customer Support Coordinator to be the key link between guests and internal operations.

This role is a mix of:

  • Customer support: messaging guests, answering questions, handling requests
  • Operations coordination + decisions: coordinating check-ins, early check-ins, inspections, cleaning schedules, and making calls within clear guidelines
