π Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (Night Shifts Included)
π Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Weekly Offs
π Cab Facility: Available (Within Hiring Zone)
πΌ Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months (Mandatory BFSI Experience)
π― Eligibility Criteria
π Graduate / Undergraduate
π¬ Minimum 6 months BFSI experience (Mandatory)
β¨ Typing Speed: Minimum 35 WPM
π» Ability to handle 2+ concurrent chats
π£ Excellent English Communication (Verbal & Written)
π Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via chat process professionally and efficiently
Manage multiple live chats simultaneously
Provide accurate information related to financial products & services
