Learning Consultant

We are seeking a passionate Learning Consultant with strong customer service skills and fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and advanced English. The role will support clients' language learning journeys and ensure high satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with clients and learners taking goFLUENT lessons/training.
  • Resolve customer complaints and address concerns.
  • Call clients to follow up on training progress.
  • Conduct demo calls.
  • Assist Account Managers/Sales as directed by the LC Manager.
  • Reach KPIs discussed with the LC Manager.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, advanced spoken and written English.
  • University degree in Language Studies, Translator/Interpreter, or related field.
